Key Responsibilities:
+ **Patient Evaluation** : Assess and develop care plans for assigned patients.
+ **Care Implementation** : Execute and document patient care effectively.
+ **Testing and Medication Administration** : Conduct various patient tests and administer medications as per your scope of practice.
+ **Patient and Family Education** : Teach patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Key Qualifications:
+ Current RN License in Arkansas
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
+ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or to be obtained within 90 days of employment)
