The Clinical Nurse II also serves as a resource person as well as a preceptor. Under minimal supervision the Clinical Nurse II identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluate the results of these interventions for a given patient population. **This position is represented by** **SEIU Local 121RN** **and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.** \#RN@ **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Current California Registered Nurse license + Current CPR and ACLS certifications + Three (3) years current medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or in a specialty area + Special skills preferred are the ability to demonstrate a caring compassionate attitude toward others the ability to work within a decentralized model of patient care delivery demonstrate proficient advanced nursing skills and specialty skills ability to model the leadership role for the patient care team and extensive knowledge of CQI techniques and the ability apply these techniques in patient care. **Pay Range** $53.41 - $76.02 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
