We are a 10-bed unit that is staffed with highly trained nurses, doctors and ancillary staff who specialize in caring for critically ill adult and pediatric patients. We provide excellent care and treat common conditions that include respiratory distress, trauma, cardiac conditions, sepsis and many more. We are distinguished from other hospital units by a higher staff-to-patient ratio (2:1) and access to advanced medical resources. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit and their families.
