**Job Description​** **The Opportunity:** Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is hiring for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Intermediate Progressive Care Unit. This nursing team provides care to post-surgical and medical short stay patients in a fast-paced environment with various acuity levels. This Registered Nurse position on this PCU Unit will allow you to build relationships with your patients in a positive environment led by supportive and engaging leadership that believes in developing a strength driven career path. This is a great opportunity to master your nursing skills while learning new skills and growing your career. **This Intermediate Unit will allow you to gain RN experience with:** + Fast Paced Environment + Variety in acuity levels, conditions and treatments + ICU Stabilization + Work with patients across all specialties + High Patient Turn Over + Post-Surgical and Medical Patients **Shift Details:** Day Shift - 6:45 am to 7:15 pm **The Work:** + Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. + Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
