Boulder Community Health is seeking an Internal Traveler Registered Nurse for our Nursing Resources Department, where you will serve as a dedicated patient caregiver. Within our care delivery system, the RN will apply nursing theories, procedures, and standards to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care. Provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Meets the needs of the patient, family and interdisciplinary team through communication, coordination, evaluation, and service excellence.
