Fairview Ridges Birthplace is a 30 bed postpartum and 9 bed labor and delivery unit with a 3 bed maternal assessment center and over 2200 deliveries per year. Join our team to work in a collaborative, patient and family centered environment where we focus to meet our patients and families desires for medical and non-medical interventions that support their labor, delivery and postpartum experience. The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. We coordinate care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate. We are also the people who work as the scrub person during L&D operative procedures.
