Job Description:
The RN Primary Nurse has overall responsibility for the care of residents and patients* in her/his neighborhood. S/he works in partnership with residents, family members, and care team to plan and implement care. Required Qualifications:
Nursing Degree Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire 1 year of Nursing experience in a like population
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing National Certification in area of specialty upon hire 1 year of previous charge nurse or primary nurse experience, including leading teams. 1 year of Nursing experience in an environment that provides person-directed care.
