Per Diem / All Shifts Available Responsibilities: + Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards of care. + Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members. + Assist Mandarin-speaking residents with their healthcare needs and ensure they receive culturally competent care. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions. Requirements: + Current RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. + Fluent in Mandarin. + Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. + Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
