Position Summary: The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care and clinical practice to ensure a high standard of care is delivered. As a clinical resource and leader for the care team, provides guidance, supervision, and intervention in the delivery of resident care and the care planning process in accordance with all regulations and policies.
