RN Manager - Long Term Care

Responsibility, authority and 24 hour accountability for the management of resident/patient and all employees assigned to neighborhoods.  Management of the neighborhood includes development and implementation of a resident/patient directed service model which integrates the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and home like environment.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - In Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 3 years - In a leadership and management role in Nursing.2 years - In Long Term care setting including end of life care.
