Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency support your career advancement and you thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment where you will rarely experience the same day twice. **Eligible for $20,000 sign on bonus**!!** **Responsibilities** + Deliver the best possible care to your set of assigned patients + Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation + Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging **Qualifications** Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of North Dakota + Previous med surg experience is preferred, but not required + BLS through the **American Heart Association** is required **Pay Range** $33.60 - $48.73 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
