Job Summary
\nAs a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.

Seasonal Commitment Information
\n\nFull-time Seasonal weekly requirements are three 12-hour day shifts (7a- 7p) for the 13-week contract (excludes 1st week of orientation)\n\n$1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time\n$51 Seasonal rate.\nEligible for shift differentials. $3.50 for evenings, $5 for nights, and $6 for weekends. These are stackable (as applicable by time/day) so if you worked a weekend night, you would be paid $51 + $5 + $6.\n\n\n\nWeekend requirements are the same as regular FT- Rotating weekends\nThe first week is Monday- Friday orientation.\nAlthough this is a short term (13 week) assignment, you would be a Baylor employee (not contractual, agency, etc.). The hope is that once the assignment is concluded, you will convert to a regular FT, PT, or PRN role. \nQualifications
\n\nA degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience\nA minimum of (2) years Med/Surg/Tele RN experience\nA valid Registered Nurse license\nThe ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.\n
