New Grad Registered Nurses (RN) – Critical Care Residency Program starts August 5, 2025.

We’ve developed a specialized residency program designed specifically for newly graduated and licensed Registered Nurses who are interested in pursuing a career in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This comprehensive 24-week program is structured to fully prepare new RNs for independent practice in the ICU, providing the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to thrive in a critical care environment.

New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BSN Preferred NYS License- Must be licensed by July 21, 2025 to qualify for August Residency

Compensation:

New Grad Rate of pay: $39.52 LPN Experience will result in a higher rate of pay.
