Clinical Coach and Preceptor RNs provide education, coaching, and mentoring to new graduate RNs during a 40-week period to develop their competence, confidence, critical thinking, and documentation skills. New graduates in the program are trained as a collective group in various units. Upon successful completion of the program, nurses will be placed in a position within the Scripps system.
This program requires that you are available to work periods of both day and night shifts. There is no PTO (paid time off) allowed during the program.
Program Dates: June 2, 2025 - March 7, 2026

To be eligible to apply, new grads must have:
Completed an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months at date of application for this program or will be finished with their nursing program and be fully licensed by the program start date.Six (6) months or less of RN experience at date of application for this programOn-Demand Video Interview Requirement
