The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of documentation care planning and patient care delivery meet regulatory requirements. Responsible for fostering and facilitating a positive interactive team and optimal environment for all activities ensuring orientation competency and quality patient care. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + CA Registered Nurse + Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association + Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) New grads must have NRP within 1 year of hire. + Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications. + Ability to work with all levels of infant gestations parents and medical staff. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous NICU experience preferred. + 2 years ICU experience preferred. **Pay Range** $42.11 - $73.08 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
