Located in Goleta, CA in this role, you would be responsible for providing supervision, direction and consultation to center nursing staff. Additional responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: + Communicating with physician’s regarding client’s needs, the nursing assessments and recommendations. + Collaborating with nurses and members of the treatment team to ensure the client’s well- being. + Responsible for hiring and managing nursing staff. + Performing assessments/evaluations for potential clients and create nursing care plans as needed. + Teaching medication administration to staff monthly. + Educating clients, families and others on health, wellbeing and disease prevention. + Attending residents’ meetings as needed, Provides health related update to team and family as appropriate.
