What You’ll Do + Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in providing exceptional care + Foster a positive, relationship-based culture that encourages teamwork and accountability + Champion quality and safety initiatives to ensure outstanding resident outcomes + Oversee staffing, education, and performance development for nursing staff + Collaborate across departments to deliver holistic, resident-centered care + Maintain survey readiness and compliance with DOH regulations What You’ll Bring + Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred) + Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing or long-term care experience (leadership experience preferred) + License: Current NYS RN license + Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills + A genuine passion for working with older adults and leading a caring team Preferred Skills + Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Familiarity with Meditech and other healthcare software Salary based on years of experience as Nurse Manger: $89,000.00-$105,000.00 Bonus Available
