Responsibilities
Join our team of professional and passionate health care professionals who are committed to the well-being of our patients and provide patient care based on competence professional expertise knowledge and evidence based practice.Our STAFF NURSE II – CERT works in the Intensive Care Unit and performs the nursing process through assessment planning implementation and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for patients with overt and covert needs appropriate to patient age. Assists with managing the patient care administered by other members of the nursing staff. Assumes responsibility and accountability of total patient care and relief charge nurse duties.STAFF NURSE II – CERT position treats/cares for patients of all ages. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTSCurrent Registered Nurse licensure to practice nursing in CaliforniaCurrent CPR BLS and ACLS certificationOne (1) year acute care experience and one (1) year oncology/chemotherapy experience required.Specialized certification within 90 days (OCN)PREFERREDGraduation from an accredited school of nursing BSN
