**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **Full Time: Monday through Friday** **$10,000 Sign on Bonus** **_Position Purpose_** **_:_** **specializes in caring for cancer patients within a healthcare group practice** **, providing comprehensive care including assessment, treatment administration, education, and emotional support to patients undergoing cancer treatment, while collaborating closely with other medical professionals like oncologists and other specialists within the group** **.** **What You Will Do:** *** Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.** *** Establishes plan of care in timely manner, according to Policy and Procedure based on findings of initial assessment.** *** Provides patient and/or family members with explanation of condition as necessary and written information when possible.** **Minimum Qualifications:** ***** **Graduation from a school of Professional Nursing** **Licensure** ***** **ONS Chemo Biotherapy course on hire or within 6 months of hire required** ***** **Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.** ***** **Current BLS Certification Required** **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** Trinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
