Strong experience working with ports; excellent IV placement skills; knowledge regarding quality improvement and standards of care within practice area; experience in teaching patient and families; excellent communication skills; ability to effectively delegate and supervise the work of other nursing team members and cancer center staff; Demonstrates the ability to function as a resource to co-workers in a multi-tasking environment; Able to analyze patient flow and recognize importance of preplanning. Demonstrates Leadership Skills **Preferred/Optional:** Current Oncology experience. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
