Major Responsibilities \n\nAssist the Nurse Supervisor\/Charge Nurse in their day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern medical records.\nRecord medical and administrative information in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.\nMaintain the Daily Census Report and submit to Nurse Supervisor\/Charge Nurse.\nAnswer telephone, page calls; deliver messages to residents, etc., as necessary.\nRecord appropriate resident identification data on designated medical records, wristbands, ID cards, etc., as required.\nNotify the resident's responsible party when there is a change in the resident's condition as instructed.\nAdmit, transfer, and discharge residents. Assist in arranging for transportation, packing residents' belongings, escorting them to discharge\/transfer area, loading, etc., as necessary.\nAssist in the completion of necessary medical and administrative records upon the resident's admission, transfer, and\/or discharge.\nProvide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. \n\n

Minimum Qualifications\n
\n\nMust possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.\nMust have two (2) years' experience in similar position.\nMust hold a valid License as an LPN or RN.\n\n\nYou must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.\n\n
