Responsibilities + Coordinates clinical activities of the Wound Care Center including utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care through the use of hospital and nursing standards. + Provides case management to a group of patients providing specific assessments according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skill, treatments and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management, and acts as patient advocate in delivery and coordination of patient care. + Prepare patient and assist provider with examination, treatment and minor surgical procedures. Qualifications Requirements: + Diploma from an RN program. + Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. + Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. + Work may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities. #RNpositionsQC *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
