Scope of practice in this role is provided solely via telephone consultation. This position is base out of our Central Clinical office located in Phoenix. **Responsibilities** § Manages phone calls effectively and efficiently. § Processes timely and accurate patient status reports. § Collaborates in providing patient care. § Creates timely and accurate documentation. § Utilizes resources effectively and efficiently. § Adheres to scope of practice/HOV standards and facilitates continuously improved processes/services. § Maintains and enhances professional skills. § Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. **Minimum Qualifications** § Bilingual – English/Spanish § Graduate of accredited school of nursing. § Current Arizona RN licensure in good standing. § Minimum one year of recent experience in medical, surgical or critical care as a professional nurse. § Strong clinical assessment skills. § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. § Solution driven, creative and resourceful problem solving skills. § Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through. § Proficient computer skills. § Minimum two years of recent experience in medical, surgical or critical care nursing.
