We are seeking a RN Program Coordinator to:

The RN Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of efficient, safe, and timely care to patients served in the Coordinator's assigned program at UW Health.  The RN Program Coordinator actively participates in the development and implementation of goals, strategies, and tactics to support the continued growth and success of the assigned program. Duties may include coordination of meetings, data collection, patient and staff education, and care coordination with teams across UW Health. The RN Program Coordinator may have responsibility for the efficient and timely coordination of patient care, direct patient care, documentation of clinical services, and triage as needed.

Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing Required  Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, Public Health, or related field Preferred Work Experience 2 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse Required Experience in care coordination, triage, or nursing leadership Preferred Experience in program development Preferred Knowledge and experience in development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Upon Hire Required Current CPR/BLS certification Upon Hire Required Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion UW Health is committed to being a diverse, inclusive and anti-racist workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
