POSITION DETAILS :
Seeking True Psych – RN’s immediately!!
Bradenton, FL 5+ Openings – Crisis Unit / Adolescents Unit
12hr/36hr Weekly schedule
13 weeks + extension possibility
Rotation – DAYS- Schedule (7a-7p)
Weekday with rotating weekends requirement. Cannot guarantee block booking
Local- $42/hr +
Travelers – $1700+ Gross weekly (must be outside of 50 miles of facility address)
Possibility of OT
Requirements :
Must have prev. 1-2 years of recent psychiatric setting/environment experience.
(Crisis Stabilization Unit – Baker Act – Addiction/Substance Abuse – De-escalation) – MUST BE ON RESUME
Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification is a plus!

The Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse, requires a wide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise. PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner and demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. The PMH RN works in a variety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities when applicable.
Minimum Requirements:
