Under general supervision this position supports clinical quality improvement initiatives at PSJH organizations within the South Puget Sound Region for both Medical Staff departments and other departments, through the collection, compilation and aggregation of data, reporting trends and outcomes, and participation in improvement teams.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited program of nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. 4 years Recent health care experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).What You’ll Do
· Collect accurate clinical data for defined clinical indicators, perform data analysis, summarize and report to improvement teams, committees, or Medical Staff Departments.
· Establish and maintain effective relationships, facilitate multi-disciplinary Quality Improvement activities.
· Prepare and present reports to Providence Centralia and Providence St. Peter Hospital’s Peer Review Committees and Medical Executive Committees.
· Assist Medical Staff Leadership and Administration with questions about peer review.
