**Aurora on France** is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Ebenezer is hiring an **Registered Nurse/RN role** whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing leadership, nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Come join the **Aurora on France** Nursing community in Edina, MN!
Nursing schedule includes;
+ 24 hours every two weeks ; part-time
+ Evening shift, evening shift differential pay
+ Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation
**Responsibilities:**
+ Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
+ Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
+ RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
+ Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
**Required:**
+ Current MN RN license or by start date
+ BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpractice
+ AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
**Preferred:**
+ Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
+ Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
+ Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
