Ebenezer is hiring an **Registered Nurse/RN role** whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Nursing schedule includes; + 24 hours every two weeks ; part-time + Evening shift, evening shift differential pay + Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation **Responsibilities:** + Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan + Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies + RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed + Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided **Required:** + Current MN RN license or by start date + BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
