All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience._** The Fountains at Hosanna Senior living is looking for a **Registered Nurse - RN** to join our team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our busy Lakeville, MN location. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, social work, and more. Nursing position includes; + 64 hours in two weeks + Evening Shift + Every other weekend and holiday rotation schedule + Full Benefits package https://www.ebenezercares.org/benefits.html (paid time off, medical, dental, college tuition reimbursement $5,250 yr., matching retirement monies, welness reimbursement dollars) + RN student loan reimbursement option, up to $10,000 at $2,000 yr. When you come to work at an Ebenezer community, we strive to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others. + Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status + Implements new and updates current resident care plan + Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed + Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration + Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times + Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Required: + Current MN RN license or by start date + AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: + Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems + Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN + Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers + Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
