We are seeking a Registered Nurse-RN to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care)! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.
This Nursing schedule includes;
+ 56 hours every two weeks
+ Evening shift
+ Includes every other weekend Saturday/Sunday and holiday rotations

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. **Responsibilities Job Description**
+ Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
+ Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
+ Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
+ RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
+ Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
+ Current MN RN license
+ AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
+ BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
+ 0-1 years of experience
**Preferred:**
+ 0-3 years of experience
+ TCU LPN/RN experience
+ Basic computer skills
+ Point Click Care knowledge
