REHAB RN – LEXINGTON, KY

NIGHT SHIFT

8-13 WEEKS

BLOCK SCHEDULE W/ ROTATING WEEKENDS

LOCALS ACCEPTED

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible forassisting patients in attaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronicillness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recoveryprocess, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal ofachieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.

Minimum Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred  CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable  Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)  Must meet all federal, state and local requirements  Must be at least 18 years of age
