Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Alaska Medical Center. An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. This position starts on July 28, 2025.

MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000
All other departments: $10,000
Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less Work with a preceptor and assume increasing responsibility during the residency Demonstrate competencies in populations served at completion of residencyWhy Join Providence?
