Swedish is seeking applicants for our November 2025 RN Residency. An RN Residency with Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, you owe it to yourself to explore this exceptional opportunity. This position starts on November 17, 2025.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing programWashington Registered Nurse License upon hireNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hireNational Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred Qualifications:

upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
