About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Clinical AI Evaluation Strategist (RN) to join our dynamic team. As a recognized authority in the field, you will set strategy and drive the vision for Generative AI Evaluation of Nursing Solutions and Nursing Health Education Products. As a thought leader, you will develop Evaluation strategies for new areas of coverage, influence future dynamics in the field, and serve as a key supporter for implementing Generative AI Evaluation Frameworks for nursing practice and education use cases. The role requires deep nursing expertise and mastery in content enrichment to ensure AI solutions meet the highest standards of nursing practice accuracy and educational value.

Responsibilities

Set and drive DDE strategy for evaluating generative AI in nursing practice and education contexts, developing clear frameworks for assessing nursing knowledge representationCo-develop evaluation roadmaps with product teams and nursing professionals to ensure AI solutions meet nursing practice standards and educational objectivesLead knowledge organization governance for nursing content evaluation, influencing standards and processes for AI-driven nursing information systemsChampion and manage complex projects evaluating AI models' performance in nursing use casesDrive innovation in nursing knowledge representation strategies for new areas of AI coverageDevelop and implement content enrichment strategies that ensure nursing practice accuracy and relevance in AI outputsFoster cross-functional collaboration between nursing experts, AI teams, and product developersGuide the evolution of evaluation standards for AI-generated nursing content and education materialsLead and mentor team members in developing expertise in nursing AI evaluationCreate advanced insights and recommendations for improving AI performance in nursing applications

Requirements

RN required, with advanced nursing degree (MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing) and 10+ years of nursing experience, including expertise in nursing educationDemonstrated experience in evaluating AI systems for nursing applicationsProven experience managing large expert teams using project management and agile methodologiesExpert-level understanding of nursing knowledge systems and content validationTrack record of developing evaluation frameworks for AI in healthcare/nursingStrong understanding of nursing terminology, workflows, and nursing education needsExperience with nursing decision support systems and knowledge basesDemonstrated ability to predict and influence trends in nursing informatics and AIExcellence in communicating complex nursing and technical concepts to varied stakeholdersStrong background in nursing education and content developmentExperience mentoring teams in nursing AI evaluation methodologiesInnovative mindset with focus on improving nursing outcomes through AI
