About the Role We are seeking an experienced Principal Clinical AI Evaluation Strategist (RN) to join our dynamic team. As a recognized authority in the field, you will set strategy and drive the vision for Generative AI Evaluation of Nursing Solutions and Nursing Health Education Products. As a thought leader, you will develop Evaluation strategies for new areas of coverage, influence future dynamics in the field, and serve as a key supporter for implementing Generative AI Evaluation Frameworks for nursing practice and education use cases. The role requires deep nursing expertise and mastery in content enrichment to ensure AI solutions meet the highest standards of nursing practice accuracy and educational value. Responsibilities + Set and drive DDE strategy for evaluating generative AI in nursing practice and education contexts, developing clear frameworks for assessing nursing knowledge representation + Co-develop evaluation roadmaps with product teams and nursing professionals to ensure AI solutions meet nursing practice standards and educational objectives + Lead knowledge organization governance for nursing content evaluation, influencing standards and processes for AI-driven nursing information systems + Champion and manage complex projects evaluating AI models' performance in nursing use cases + Drive innovation in nursing knowledge representation strategies for new areas of AI coverage + Develop and implement content enrichment strategies that ensure nursing practice accuracy and relevance in AI outputs + Foster cross-functional collaboration between nursing experts, AI teams, and product developers + Guide the evolution of evaluation standards for AI-generated nursing content and education materials + Lead and mentor team members in developing expertise in nursing AI evaluation + Create advanced insights and recommendations for improving AI performance in nursing applications Requirements + RN required, with advanced nursing degree (MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing) and 10+ years of nursing experience, including expertise in nursing education + Demonstrated experience in evaluating AI systems for nursing applications + Proven experience managing large expert teams using project management and agile methodologies + Expert-level understanding of nursing knowledge systems and content validation + Track record of developing evaluation frameworks for AI in healthcare/nursing + Strong understanding of nursing terminology, workflows, and nursing education needs + Experience with nursing decision support systems and knowledge bases + Demonstrated ability to predict and influence trends in nursing informatics and AI + Excellence in communicating complex nursing and technical concepts to varied stakeholders + Strong background in nursing education and content development + Experience mentoring teams in nursing AI evaluation methodologies + Innovative mindset with focus on improving nursing outcomes through AI Working for you We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
