The role you’ll contribute:

Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing and evidence-based practice activities, to promote the delivery of quality patientcare and improved patient outcomes.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Fosters the development of a practice environment conducive to the conduct of research and evidence-based practice.

Supports institution’s efforts to improve quality care, linking research to improved patient outcomes.

Works with clinical nursing staff and other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.

Facilitates changes in practice based on research and quality improvement findings.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Master’s degree in Nursing.

5 years of nursing experience in a leadership role.

Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
