Boston Eye Surgery & Laser Center (BESLC) has an opening for a 30-hour RN Scrub Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery center located in Waltham.  Benefits are available starting at 20 hours.  The Nurse will be responsible for ophthalmic ambulatory/day surgery procedures. Schedule: Varied Days - 7:00AM-5:30PM or 6:30AM-5:00PM Qualifications: + Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts. + A minimum of 1 year nursing experience + OR Circulator experience a plus + Ophthalmology experience a plus Physical Demands: Frequent tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, reaching, and twisting of weights ranging from light to heavy at heights from the foot to above the head.  Ability to manipulate small instruments. Mobility:  walking up to 8-10 hours, standing 3-8 hours, stooping, bending, balancing, climbing, crouching and sitting.
