ResponsibilitiesIn our 17-bed unit, you’ll care for diverse patients in adult cardiology and medical-surgical specialties, including CHF, ACS, telemetry monitoring, and chronic conditions. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a 3:1 ratio, high patient turnover, and a goal of maintaining a length of stay under 8 hours, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care aligned with Legacy Health standards.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.Advocate for patients with education and emotional support.Utilize electronic health systems for efficient care. QualificationsQualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.BSN preferred (or in progress).Minimum one year of nursing experience or completed residency.Acute care experience preferred.Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and EHR skills. Licensure Current RN license.BLS certification.
