Provides clinical and administrative direction to personnel and activities of Pediatric Urgent Care clinics associated with providing quality patient care. Assists in the management and integration of the activities and resources of the department locations. Identifies implements and executes process improvement initiatives in line with dashboard targets. Monitors, communicates and implements action plans as needed, based on results of employee, clinician and patient satisfaction surveys. Consistently and effectively implements and monitors policies, workflows, competency and training. Provides direct patient care per their license and scope of practice. Less than 50% of time spent on average is performing the duties of the individuals being supervised.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

Pay Range is $91.45 to $120.69 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
