What will I do as an RN Supervisor for The Wesley Community? + Maintaining approved standards of resident care in the facility on his/her tour of duty. + Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines which govern long term care. + Meeting with the nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the department's services, programs, and activities. + Performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary. + Participating in surveys/inspections made by authorized government agencies. Registered Nurse: RN Supervisor Requirements : + Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing. + Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. + Current RN registration with the New York State Board of Regents. + Head Nurse, Supervisory and/or Administrative experience. + Geriatric nursing experience .
