The RN-Team Advisor directs and supervises the 24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care in an innovative elder-directed care model. Responsible for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the elder's comprehensive plan of care.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 1 year - clinical nursing. Experience In gerontological nursing is necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - in Nursing. 1 year - clinical supervisory, management or resource. Experience in long-term care.Why Join Providence?
