RN SUPERVISOR – Community Hospice
If you are an experienced RN looking for a Supervisory position and have a passion for Hospice nursing, this supervisory position leading our on call and triage teams of RNS, and LPNs, could be your opportunity!
Work days are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. On-call rotation for evening and weekend every 6 weeks

Lead our on call and triage teams of RNS, and LPNs who are caring for Hospice patients/families in Saratoga, Washington, Montgomery, Albany, Rensselaer, Columbia, Greene and Schenectady counties.Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with other RN Supervisors, the hospice interdisciplinary team, and Directors to ensure high quality end of life care to patients and families.Support and develop our nursing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a team (our teams include medical directors with specialized expertise in end of life care, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists and volunteers!).What you will need:
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
BSN preferred but not required.
Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years Hospice, acute care, or homecare RN experience required.
Prior Hospice experience preferred

Pay Range: $38.75-$53.40 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
