Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + **Must have 1-2 years OR RN experience.** + Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). + One year of RN experience OR completion of Cleveland Clinic's Perioperative Residency Program. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire or within six months of hire.
