This is a Full Time, benefitted position with a 10 hour schedule of 3 days 0645-1730 and one day working 0625-1630.This Lead OR RN position is on the Spine team at Scripps Green in La Jolla. There is a bonus of $4K and a relocation incentive $3K to eligible new hires.
The lead will not have direct reports. The spine lead will work with other leads to ensure service needs are addressed. They are responsible for knowing all OR services at Green while mostly being assigned in Spine rooms. The lead will be responsible for helping train staff to the Ortho spine service line and work with leadership to address issues and problem solve.
