Now offering a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for all full-time RN positions! (*Seasonal and PRN positions not eligible for bonus)

We have Seasonal and full-time opportunities available below:

Transitional Care Unit:

• RN - Full-time Night Shift (36 hours per week/12 hour shifts) *$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

• RN - PRN Night Shift

Long Term Care Unit:
• RN - Seasonal - Night Shift (13 weeks, full-time hours, 15% premium, $4,000 completion bonus)

• RN - Full-time Night Shift (36 hours per week/12 hour shifts) *$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

• RN - Full-time Day Shift (36 hours per week/12 hour shifts) *$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

This position provides primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.

Qualifications:

Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.  BSN degree preferred.Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position within a medical setting (eg, physician office, clinic, or hospital) preferred.  Experience in assigned area(s) preferred.

Job Specific Duties:

Develops, implements and coordinates  individualized, goal directed nursing care to patients through the use of the nursing process as appropriate for RN’s as applicable to the assigned area(s).Maintains nursing standards of care and responds to changing workloads and patient conditions by:  remaining calm, making objective assessments, prioritizing, and asking for assistance as appropriate.Transcribes and implements provider orders and treatments both verbal and written accurately and efficiently as noted by chart reviews and observation. Consistently problem solves issues affecting patient care.Exhibits a thorough practice of infection control procedures per policy and procedure as applicable to the assigned area(s).Identifies, verbally evaluates, and reports identified reaction changes in the stated physical and mental conditions of patients.Documents all encounters with patients seeking health advice according to organizational standards, while clearly demonstrating the nursing process.Provides individual instruction and education to patients and families concerning health and medical needs per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).Assesses and anticipates the needs of the patient, and coordinates the necessary interventions as defined by policy, procedure and the written/verbal orders of the provider as applicable to assigned area(s).Consistently problem solves issues effecting patient care.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
