Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day clinical operations of your assigned unit

Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care

Supervise and support nursing staff including GNAs, LPNs, and RNs

Conduct clinical rounds and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

Monitor documentation, care plans, and compliance standards

Partner with the Director of Nursing and Administrator on quality improvement

Requirements:

Current Maryland RN license

Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to lead with compassion, consistency, and accountability
