Pay Per Visit Plus Additional $125/Weekend

Responsibilities

Skilled Visits Day-to-day patient interaction Performing Start of Care Assessment for potential home health patients Education on Health Conditions, such as CHF, COPD, Diabetes Performing wound care, wound vac proficient, it not proficient HHA can teach Medication Management Changes dressings, bandages and contraptions as prescribed Documentation of patient’s condition and pointing out significant changes, to be reported to the physician Working along side other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and/or Occupational Therapist
