Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for efficient freight and carrier network management in Germany.Optimize transportation network for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating contracts, rates, and service level agreements.Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor carrier performance and drive process optimization.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize operational efficiency.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain management experience.Proven track record in optimizing transportation networks, preferably in Germany.Extensive experience in negotiating contracts, rates, and service level agreements.Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.8+ years of experience in Full Truckload (FTL), Less than Truckload (LTL), and road freight operations.In-depth knowledge of FTL, LTL, and road freight regulations, processes, and best practices.Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

The expected salary for this position is between €120,000-€150,000 per annum.
