Pay Rate:$20.00 to $21.50 DOE

Job Type: Full-time 

Location: Perris, CA

Must Have: 2 Years Comercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsment (CDL+P)

This position reports to the Manager of Support Services and provides general supervision over Coach Operators and ensures a safe workplace.

 

What we're looking for:*

Conducts Coach Operator evaluations and meets quota as expected per the SOPFollows up with Coach Operators regarding their evaluations and performanceEnsures a smooth vehicle pull out processEffectively responds to accidents, breakdowns, and passenger related issuesMonitors Zone as assigned and ensures service remains efficientProvides backup dispatcher relief as requiredAssists with customer compliant resolution as requiredCompletes daily report to submit to the department managerAssists with disciplinary processes for Coach Operators on an as needed basisEnsures all Coach Operators are Fit-4-Duty when they arrive for workCommunicates effectively with managementManages daily workflow through an assigned tablet

Must haves:

You are at least 22 years old.High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPossess excellent communication and decision-making skillsPunctual in attendanceMust have knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPointAbility to be an outside the box thinkerMust possess and maintain a valid commercial drivers license

Good to haves:

Customer service: 1 year+VTT

*Sign-On/Retention Bonus
• Terms and conditions apply.
• Bonus will be paid in four (4) payments: 4-part payment of $500 after 60, 90, 120 and 150-days of service.
• Bonus opportunity ends 09/30/2024.
• Must be employed full time and working full time to receive each installment.

Must have a Commercial License with a Passenger Endorsemnt on hire in order to recieve bonus.
• Applies to all new, full-time employees hired at this location between 6/11/2024 - 9/30/2024.
