**Role Summary:** + Assist Roadshow Manager on the Equity Syndicate desk with coordinating roadshow logistics for a high volume of equity products, including IPOs, Follow-ons, Convertibles, Testing-the-Waters, Private Placements, and Block Trades all market segments for Domestic and International companies marketing in the Americas. + Interaction with vendors, clients, senior bankers, internal sales team, and internal administrative functions, such as marketing and expense management, is required. + Requires independent decision making, good judgment, client skills, excellent organization and prioritization skills. + Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines as well as manage multiple projects with extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail is a must. + Demonstrated professionalism in personal presentation as well as email and phone communications. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
