What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Roadway/Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience designing transportation projects. This position will provide opportunities to:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while developing project management capabilities. Work on interesting and challenging projects, from planning through design and construction. Engage with clients. Build our business in Idaho.The Position
You will work in a fun and dynamic team to produce a range of deliverables from planning studies to construction documents and provide support to our clients during construction. Our group’s projects are primarily in the public works sector, with a broad civil engineering skillset required to design grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and horizontal control. Experience in road and/or utility infrastructure is a plus.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience, focused on transportation design BS in Civil Engineering EIT Certification or PE License Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Effective written and verbal communication Strong technical and organizational abilitiesOur Team
